What is the ReBo method?
The ReBo method is the AI Visibility methodology ReBo applies to financial institutions. It is made up of six delivery workstreams: AI Visibility diagnostic, technical optimization, data transformation, authority content, strategic distribution and continuous monitoring. Its progress is measured across four levels, from Level 1 (Invisible to AI) to Level 4 (AI Reference).
What the six workstreams are
01 · AI Visibility diagnostic measures the starting point and freezes the baseline. 02 · Technical optimization makes the site readable to AI crawlers. 03 · Data transformation turns an archive trapped in PDF into citable pages with permanent URLs.
04 · Authority content covers the questions the archive does not answer, signed by a partner at the firm. 05 · Strategic distribution generates the external signal that makes engines trust the domain. 06 · Continuous monitoring re-tests the same ruler every month and redirects the next cycle of production.
Two principles behind the method
One source, many assets. The method does not create content from scratch: the raw material already exists inside the institution, in monthly letters, reports and theses. The work is repackaging and redistributing it into the formats each audience (human and machine) consumes. That is what makes the low-effort promise to the client’s team credible.
Hub and spoke. The AI-friendly page is the hub, the only asset built to be read and cited by a model; the channels are spokes, and exist to generate the external signals retrieval systems use to judge authority and freshness. A good page in isolation is rarely cited.

Frequently asked questions
How many structures does the ReBo method have?
One methodology, six workstreams. The four AI Visibility levels are the ruler that measures how far those workstreams have moved, not a second methodology. There is no third structure.
Can I buy a single workstream?
No. The six are inseparable because each depends on the last: without a diagnostic there is no target, without a technical base the content is never read, without distribution the page earns no external signal, and without monitoring there is no proof. What varies per client is the sizing.
Does the method promise guaranteed citations?
No. Nobody controls what a model answers. The method controls the variables that move citations and measures their effect, on the same ruler, every month, against the baseline.
